What to Include

For image-related requests: Include a link to the specific wallpaper page or a screenshot so we can locate it quickly. If you're a photographer requesting attribution changes or removal, please include your name and relevant portfolio links.

For bug reports: Tell us what browser you're using, what you were trying to do, and what went wrong. Screenshots are incredibly helpful. We'll do our best to reproduce and fix the issue.

For feature suggestions: Describe what you're trying to accomplish and why the current system doesn't quite work for you. Context helps us understand the underlying need, even if we end up implementing it differently than suggested.

We're not picky about format or formality—just give us enough information to understand what you need.

Response Time

We typically respond within 2-3 business days. Sometimes faster, occasionally a bit longer if we're dealing with a backlog or complex issue. We read every email personally, even if we can't always respond immediately.

For urgent matters like copyright claims or takedown requests, we prioritize these and will respond as quickly as possible—usually within 24 hours.

We take copyright seriously and strive to properly credit all photographers whose work appears on WildScape. All images are sourced from Unsplash and include attribution with links back to photographer profiles.
